Here I have all the pictures of the truck as the project evolved. These are in date order, so you can see some areas look very different now than when I started. The tailgate has gone through a few incarnations itself.
Yes is the answer: there will be a point when it’s finished. My intention is to have some sort of clear coat protectant applied to it that will protect it from bird poop and the devastating rays of the sun.
This project technically started August 10th 2018. I will make sure that once completed all of my pics will be uploaded. When this whole project is over I would love to know how many pictures of the truck were taken by others.
